Ben Petro (Founder of Google Idol) in his weekly review of videos titled Ben's Picks he states:

"KB Vidz with their creative interpretation of the Mentos commercial. If I hadn't seen the real Motion City Soundtrack before, I could very easily mistake this clip for the original. KB Vidz are professionals in this business and this is another fantastic clip with great performances, excellent production and a good storyline. The lead singer plays the rock-star lead well and the stunts on the keyboard are awesome. Well done!"
